I learnt something incredibly powerful recently. Something so simple and so obvious, yet had still eluded me for pretty much my whole adult life… We have the power to choose our thoughts!
A New Perspective
I love this photo. It captures so much of what life is like parenting young children. Doing push-ups with my (almost!) 2yr old on my back, both of us laughing. There’s so much joy and it’s so typical… Some ‘me time’ interrupted.
A Lesson from my Child
